Went in for joint pain, sun rash, headaches and severe fatigue. blood work-crp 8, esr normal. rdw 16.3% w/ mchc 30.7 but hgb & hct normal. positive for ebv antibodies, no recent infection and negative on mono. ana speckled @ 1:160. any ideas? lupus?
