Low blood/anemia,,,,: High RDW means high distribution or a wide variety of rbc size, low MCHC means a low average hemoglobin concentration, and low hb and hct mean that the blood has somewhat less hemoglobin and is anemic. Your value isn't very low but anemia can occur in lupus patients and should be monitored. Best of luck.

Blood work meaning: These finding are consistant with a significant anemia. Call your doctor concerning the cause of the anemia and the proper treatment.
