Visible blood in stool is not normal and has to be investigated promptly. The source is likely in the colon, common causes are diverticulosis and specific or non specific inflammation, bleeding may become significant and such patients are managed in the inpatient setting.

Any abnormal bleeding needs to be evaluated and you should see a doctor, as it is not feasible to address the issue in this forum. It may be as simple as hemorrhoids, but blood loss from hemorrhoids can result in anemia. In the meantime take iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia from blood loss. Wish you good health!
