Stool with little bright blood. this is 2nd time should i be worry.stool are not hard &i don't have any difficulty to poop.i go everyday.color yellow?

Heme + stool: Blood in the stool is never normal. Could be due to minor lacerations of the rectum or colon, hemorrhoids, ibs, or a more serious condition (colon cancer-rare at your age). Either way, you need to be seen by a GI doctor and evaluated for your heme + stool. Best wishes.
