Heme + stool: Blood in the stool is never normal. Could be due to minor lacerations of the rectum or colon, hemorrhoids, ibs, or a more serious condition (colon cancer-rare at your age). Either way, you need to be seen by a GI doctor and evaluated for your heme + stool. Best wishes.
