Blood in stool: You should have an appointment with a gastroenterologist, The blood may bee from a polyp, diverticulum or a tumor, or an hemorrhoid if is from the rectum. I think is very important to rule out malignancy now, then the treatment will be at the advice of the Dr. You will require an endoscopy, and probably an MRI of the abdomen. Good luck
