I normally go poop 3 times a day but occasionally when im passing large stools when i wipe theres blood, my stools color is normal, could it be because im wiping too hard because it only happens sometimes? its not painful?

Any bleeding warrants evaluation. If may be as simple as hemorrhoids, but bleeding from hemorrhoids can result in anemia. It would be prudent to get checked out by your doctor.
