Worried had a blood done and its came back my wbc is elevated and my neutrophil is high - they said my wbc is only slightly higher than normal baselines . need to repeat tests . no infection - feel run down and had stomach issues/ migraines worse?

For both total WBC count and neutrophils, "slightly higher" than normal is unlikely to be important. It likely has nothing to do with the symptoms you mention. Follow up with your doctor. Good luck.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual results. Wish you good health!
