You raise interesting question with regard to the role of certain foods and arrhythmia. While I am aware of large meals leading to premature beats in some individuals, I am not aware of any study that shows this relationship. In order to be conclusive ECG monitoring should be used to document such a relationship. I would ask you to get an electrophysiologist‘ s help with such a study.
