Why is it that when i press on the upper right side of my abdomen, it feels like a shock and i get pvcs?

Symptoms: You need to be seen by a doc and evaluated if you want to know what's going on. It may not be PVCs even. You may be getting diaphragmatic spasm and intercostal spasm feeling like what you describe.....or something else including PVCs. Can't tell from out here.......
