Bradycardia and PVC are unrelated. It seems you have mild diastolic dysfunction for hypertension by echocardiogram. Are you taking medication for hypertension? Some BP med can cause mild bradycardia such as beta blocker or non dihydropyridine calcium channel blocker. If PVC is rare and asymptomatic you should not concern about it. You should avoid drinks or foods which can trigger it.

Bradycardia has been associated with premature beats. It is difficult to be sure until you have ruled out other causes ( medications, electrolyte abnormality, alcohol, smoking, recreational drugs etc.) Impaired LV relaxation is frequently seen in patients of your age, especially if hypertensive. To "get rid of PVCs" one needs to treat potential causes such as those mentioned above.
