I think you can keep taking your medications. I've never seen clinically significant hyperkalemia in this particular case. Of course, the underlying medical conditions should be considered; but, if your doctor prescribed you those medications you should be fine.

Bactrim has been known to cause hyperkalemia. This is uncommon. However, the risk may be increased if combined with ACE inhibitor or ARB which have a greater potential to increase serum potassium. Please ask your physician about the need for any special precautions.
