Your wife needs to see her doc to have her thyroid adjusted and establishing with Ob-Gyn in preconceiving stage would be best. Thyroid has to be controlled well during pregnancy otherwise for the well being of the mother and the baby.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, her TSH levels warrants an adjustment to the dose of her medication. It would be prudent to consult an obstetrician for antenatal care, and advice about pregnancy. Wish you good health!
