How does hashimotos affect fertility ? my tsh levels are normal but i have high levels of thyroid antibodies.

Thyroid & fertility: Women with high TPO antibodies, even if the TSH is normal, have a higher risk of miscarriage, and miscarriage can be very early and appear to be infertility. If the TSH is elevated, that can interfere with cycles and ovulation. Even if TSH is normal, some MDs will treat with levothyroxine to lower TSH to low-normal range. Talk to your ob about this.
