Sinus arrythmia is a benign mild irregularity of the heart rhythm that varies slightly with inspiration&expiration of your breathing cycle. Nonspecific ST-T abnormalities on an EKG are nondiagnostic &since they didn't vary during exercise they aren't suspicious for coronary artery blockages. Since your resting EKG had resting abnormalities I think a nuclear stress test would have been preferable.

With missing clinical context above mentioned. changes are common and they may reflect normal variants versus early ischemia changes. Above tracings may not explain your symptoms.
