Forced awake for the past 3 months by "palpitations". never forced awake b4. only get 90 mins of natural sleep. doc is treating as anxiety put me on clonazepam; could they be bradyarryth?. resting heart rate 40s. on propranalol 16 yr and cpap 12 yrs?

It is certainly possible that you’re experiencing a Bradyarrhythmia. Certainly propranolol can slow down the heart rate. You may ask your doctor to consider a Holter monitor or a sleep study to see if the heart rate correlates with these episodes. Good luck.

It would be best to be assessed by a monitor that can look at your heart rhythm for 24-72 hours to see the pattern. Then your doctor can decide what treatment you need.
