Been 2 the er got my heart and lungs checked out my oxygen level is almost perfect but have been diagnosed with post nasal drip n been having a difficult time getting a full breath in humid weather. what could this be caused by and is it permanent?

Consider pulmonary testing, allergy lab screening. Avoid smoke, common allergens such as dust,mold and animal dander. Your ED work up appears reassuring, but more information is needed.
