Sob: Not enough information here to know. Ask your doctor what is causing your shortness of breath.

Could be: If you had an echo and the valve is ok you could have shortness of breath from the lungs. There is a condition call post pericadiotomy syndrome this is more common in younger patients. It can cause fluid around the heart and lungs. It is self limited. It can be treated with medication. Youd us can also have shortness of breath secondary to the surgery itself. This also gets better with time.
