Cholesterol : Your LDL is higher then the recommended level of 130 for the general population. This is a risk factor for heart disease. Some may consider your HDL level as a positive risk factor counterbalancing the elevated LDL but I don't subscribe to this position. Your LDL must be lower to reduce your long term risk, especially if you have other risk factors.
