10 yrs + idiopathic intracranial hypertension. mris always report "empty sella". recently though report states "bulging of 3rd ventricle anterior recess into sella giving appearance of partially empty sella" what is this? normal in iih?

May be normal variation but as do not have info on your pituitary function cannot comment. Did you ever have severe low BP during/after pregnancy. Discuss with your team. Ask about Sheehan’s syndrome.
