May be normal variation but as do not have info on your pituitary function cannot comment. Did you ever have severe low BP during/after pregnancy. Discuss with your team. Ask about Sheehan’s syndrome.

You do not clarify if your pseudo tumor is under good control, but your MRI report would be consistent with your prior diagnosis. Best you discuss interpretation with your radiologist and primary doctor, obtain their therapeutic advice.
