Underlying EKG?: The answer depends on the underlying lung & heart conditions. In general, with healthy lungs & heart, acetazolamide is safe. Mobitz type 1 blocks may be due to pulmonary hypertension (high pressures in the lungs) or to other unrelated factors. In the former case, Acetazolamide should be given with caution & you should avoid altitude, as it slows HR. In latter, no problems reported. TTYD or HT Prim

Yes: yes, and that is a good treatment to start with. Also, for many young women, we find that if you can lose about 10% of your body weight, that will help the pressure resolve. Other options would be repeat lumbar punctures or a shunt.
