Set a goal: We all now about exercising and choosing healthy foods. It is the follow through that gets us. See your doctor first to set a reasonable goal for loosing weight. Take little steps toward goal at a time. Take a break at work and walk. Don't eat junk food. Snack healthy. Reward yourself for making effort toward goal every week with fun activity with friends or family.
