I : I don't know your entire case, medical status, or physical examination so i cannot tell you for sure what the problem or solution is. But i can offer the following advice. You may have shift work sleep disorder, which is very common in night shift workers. This is due to misalignment of your circadian rhythm. I would find a sleep medicine expert nearby for a full consultation to determine what the best course of action would be. If you cannot find a sleep medicine physician, you would start with your primary care doctor.
