Does a "fast metabolism" and natural thinness mean a shorter life span (according to studies it makes your body work harder and tire) true? :(

Probably: Animals like the sloth have a longer lifespan than others with a faster metabolism. This may correlate with the sleep profile. Under 6 hours and over 8 hours gives a shorter lifespan than between those figures. I think that this means that a median is right for everything--- yin and yang.
