Meal timing: Eat 3 meals a day 4-5 hours apart. Cut out sugar (stevia is ok). Cut way down (best to cut out) on refined flour products (pasta, bread, pizza, donuts, etc). Cook with coconut oil. Eat a generous rainbow of organic vegetables. Eat enough but not excessive protein. Limit carbohydrates to complex starches such as sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, etc. Drink lots of water between meals.
