Your doc will be best to address, the one who is prescribing you the nebulized meds as having proper records and knowing you well. Not all conditions benefit from antibiotics and/or steroids. If significant breathing issues a local urgent care or ER would be best as you may need to be assessed for admission to a local hospital.
