Is it normal to have pain along the iliac crest after having tendon release after my total hip replacement? the groin pain is less to almost gone but i now have slight to moderate pain in this new area, especially sleeping on that side at night?

This question is best directed to the orthopedic surgeon who performed your procedure as he/she knows exactly what was done during surgery as well as your status on the postop checkup. Your discomfort may be in part due to laporoscope entries,but the surgeon can address the cause best.
