Ive gotten cortisone shots in both feet on 2 occasions and so far the pain has only gotten worse. i havent been given an answer as to whats wrong and my foot just keeps swelling and the pain is unbearable. what could be causing this?

Not feasible based on limited data to provide a precise answer here. Not clear why you have been given cortisone shots. Suggest a second opinion with orthopedic surgeon or podiatrist.
