I do not think so: Most likely what are suffering from a neuroma between the toes, the symptoms you mention are typical to that. Check it out.

That depends: If the shot was given near the nerve into your foot then yes it may, and more so if the physician put it in the nerve itself. If it wasn't then your symptoms are not related and likely need to be evaluated again.
