Will cortisone injections in the feet help with foot pain caused by peripheral neurophty.

Not likely : Cortisone injections target a specific injury or joint. Peripheral neuropathy is too broad to truly benefit from that type of injection.

No: the cortisone injection should be administrated at the source of the pain (e.g. epidural or joint facet) and not at the site of the pain (feet). Talk to your pain management specialist for more information.

NO: as a matter of fact, it can worsen pain if neuropathy is secondary to diabetes. remember cortisone will increase glucose levels, which in turn worsens neuropathy.
