I get stomach aches top of my stomach. usually after i eat at night. colonoscopy and endoscopy were all ok. i had it during the summer. it was during covid time in the summer. i had bloody stools then could it be cancer? back hurts sometimes?

colonoscopy and endoscopy are not the only investigations for your symptoms. Further tests need to be done and in the meantime ask your MD to give you treatment for your symptoms
