Hi last 8 weeks been experiencing stomach burning chest burning and dull ache from belly button upwards seems to flare at night or after eating certain foods and in bad in morning took anti acid which helps flatulence and bowel sounds ulcer maybe??

You likely have GERD (GastroEsophageal Reflux Disease).
There are some tips to alleviate the symptoms: avoid the foods which exacerbate symptoms, avoid supine position within 2 hours after meals, raise the head of your bed with at least 2 bricks, taking PPI (over the counter) such as Prilosec OTC, Omeprazole, Prevacid or Nexium (see their label for instruction) for 2 months.
