You really need to get a primary care provider. The easiest way to do this is often through your insurance company. Call your insurance company and ask for a list of primary care providers who are accepting new patients with your insurance. If there is an urgent need to see a specialist, you can go to the nearest emergency room. Best of luck to you!

If you think you need help ASAP, an urgent care or local ER should serve you best at least to alleviate your anxiety. A referral to a specialist may or may not be initiated depending on findings, treatment may be initiated right away otherwise if a specific condition is diagnosed. It would still help to establish with a local primary care physician for proper follow up.
