It means the dye (contrast) did not go through because of the blockage in your right fallopian tube. When you have a radiology test with contrast, thing in your body with contrast will be shown on film and it is called opacified.

Most likely that means that die did not fill the fallopian tube during a hysterosalpingogram (HSG)
