Tube open, : & some of the liquid (which absorbs X-rays; i.e. contrast) which exited the egg entry end of the tube remained within a limited "contained" space of the abdominal cavity instead of more diffusely spreading into a larger space. Containment implies some scar tissue around the fallopian tube preventing contrast diffusion, not optimal. Look up for hysterosalpingogram using Google & Google images.
