I have orthro in my knees! i have been on hydrocodone for the last 3 years and i feel like in the beginning 3x daily worked for me 5mg/325mg but i have noticed that it don't last me 4hrs. any advice would help?

Likely building tolerance to opiates along with progression of arthritis. Would suggest reviewing options with your Ortho doc, physical therapy, topicals should be considered as opiates are notorious to cause tolerance in the long range, by no means safe drugs to use indefinitely.
