Several points: First, if it is an unprescribed narcotic that you somehow got ahold of... this sets up a really bad pattern. It's got a complex pharmacokinetics. It's action is as much terminated by it diluting as it is by actually leaving the body. So, when you wake up, there's still a faire amount still there and there is the potential for interaction. But 5 mg isn't much xcept driving/etc.
