YOUR SINUS WAS PERFORATED AND AIR AND WATER WILL BE RELEASED FROM YOUR NOSE. HAVE THE AREA SUTURED AND BE PLACED ON ANTIBIOTICS. HAVE THE AREA X-RAYED TO MAKE SURE NO ROOT FRAGMENTS ARE IN SINUS.
