Mouth breathing: Mouth breathing can dry out your mouth, airway i. A dry environment. Illicit drugs, alcohol, many medications, and some medical conditions can lead to extreme dry mouth. Dehydration can cause you to be parched each morning, but not knowing what you drink or don't drink, i can not say if it is not enough. Do think about how much alcohol you are drinking, as that is a common problem at 24.
