Pericoronitis: You may have an infection in the gums surrounding your wisdom tooth, which may not be fully erupted.When infection tracks into the fascial spaces,it can give pain, swelling & enlarged lymph nodes.Sometimes you have a referred pain to the ear on same side, as nerve to the teeth & the ear share a common nerve ganglion.Go to your dentist immediately,& start the appropriate treatment.

Partly: An impacted lower wisdom teeth may get infected and cause the lymph node enlargement but one won'd expect it to affect the ears and nose. I agree with the other doctors that you likely suffer from allergy however.
