I can hear my knees creak when moved in any direction along other issues such as pain when moving fine when resting,stiff in morning,red & hot,issues getting up from sat or lying or stairs l, clicking sounds. this has gone on for 3 5o 4 month's now?
Knee pain & aches when moving and its off they are red & hot and click when I stand up. I don't want to see a doc for them to say I'm too skinny and need some muscles on them but the pain is getting in the way and I feel as if I can move as well?

I have pain on the inner side knee joint. I think I injured the cartilage the pain was bad when I hurt it but now about a week later I'm still feeling a dull ache on that same spot. Can cartilage heal on its own? I have full movement of the joint?
