I have had issues with my knees recently like unable to run very well and feeling like theres no power there at all and then clicking alot and also a aching pain i have no injury but movements make it worse and they are red with marks what do i do?

Knee pain: Since your symptoms involve both knees, I suspect that arthritis is more likely the problem rather than ligament or cartilage pathology. For this reason I recommend consulting a rheumatologist for evaluation , appropriate testing and treatment options.
