Knee pain & aches when moving and its off they are red & hot and click when i stand up. i don't want to see a doc for them to say i'm too skinny and need some muscles on them but the pain is getting in the way and i feel as if i can move as well?

No competent doctor will tell you that. You should see an orthopedist to have your knee evaluated since you may have an issue with your cartilage.
