I can hear my knees creak when moved in any direction along other issues such as pain when moving fine when resting,stiff in morning,red & hot,issues getting up from sat or lying or stairs l, clicking sounds. this has gone on for 3 5o 4 month's now?

Clicking or creaking sounds from the knees are not particularly diagnostic if there are no other significant symptoms, but your symptoms of morning stiffness,redness &hot feelings raise suspicion of rheumatoid or juvenile arthritis. I recommend consulting a rheumatologist for evaluation, appropriate testing and advice.
