Recently i've had off and on pain in knees mostly when moving around,redness, soreness, hurts when bending making it hard to move,hip pain, feels like i can't carry myself around stiffness these symptoms in both knees same spot i don't overuse them?

Sorry to hear that. You MAY have a form of arthritis. Please see your doc. Physical Therapy, anti-inflammatory died, meds, etc. Lots of ways to help. Peace and good health.

You are quite young to experience what sounds to be a diffuse joint problem. But inflammatory arthritis, collagen vascular disorders, and chronic infections should be ruled out. A rheumatologist is a good resource.
