Normal cbc and metabolic panel. some stomach issues, bloating and indigestion. in the middle of my stomach area a round circle of spider veins four inches in size. is that a liver problem?

"Some stomach issues" covers a lot of ground...The "round circle of spider veins" is also troubling. There is a physical finding called "caput medusa" which can fit that description and is indicative of portal hypertension, a liver disorder. You need a good exam and evaluation...sooner rather than later.
