Normal cbc and metabolic panel. around the skin of both eyes, the blood vessels are fragile and break easily. skin around eyes looks sickly and discolored. my grandfather died of myeloma very young in his 40s. does this look like amyloidosis?

It is not feasible to make a diagnosis of amyloidosis without a tissue biopsy. Your doctor can test your blood for abnormal immunoglobulins and may be a fat pad aspiration to look for amyloid. A bone marrow examination and other tissue biopsy may also be needed to rule out amyloidosis and immunoglobulin disorder. Your concern is well placed, but you are young for this disease.
