20+ petechiae spots on abdomen - had for a year or so - some larger new ones. last cbc ok but low co2 and high cl. abd pain + bloating. concern?

They commonly appear in clusters and look like a rash. Usually flat to touch, and don't lose color when you press on them.Many includiing some health care workers mistake a rash for petechiae.If been there for a year should have them other places also.
