Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You have obviously see a doctor and she/he would in a better position to advise. If you are overweight, losing weight will help.

Sure Petechia??: Petechiae are pinpoint, round spots that appear on the skin as a result of bleeding. This causes the them to appear red, brown or purple. They commonly appear in clusters and look like a rash. Usually flat to touch, and don't lose color when you press on them.Many includiing some health care workers mistake a rash for petechiae.If been there for a year should have them other places also.
