You can leave a message at your doctors office to have your blood pressure pills refilled. Lifestyle changes are critical as well as followup as meds usually need to be adjusted.

it depends on how many he gave you and when he wants to see you again. If he wants to see you in 3 months and you have 90 pills, wait for your follow up visit to get a refill.
