There is a sore white spot underneath my tonsil. it is not a tonsil stone, i know that for sure. my best bet is that it is tonsillitis or another infection. should i visit the doctor fast or are there any at-home remedies?

I would arrange an appointment with your PCP. Sometimes ingestion of yogurt is helpful.
