Tonsillar infection: You need to see a doctor asap. This could possibly represent a tonsillar or peri or retrotonsillar abscess which can be very severe. Please go and see a doctor, preferably an ENT specialist quickly. Good luck and hope this is amenable to rapid and simple treatment.
